The Hardware Encoding Protection Program is aimed to protect software / solution developers’ creations by enabling only the developers to bundle and sell their solutions packaged with FingerTec devices. The program ensures that only FingerTec devices sold by the respective developers themselves are compatible with their solution, and that FingerTec devices purchased from elsewhere will not have the advantage of being compatible with the developed solution. This protects the developers creation, as well as opens up business opportunities for software / solution developers.
