I am using an old version of the software. Some of the hours were calculated incorrectly. While the Australia reseller refuses to help us, the Malaysia manufacturer is very kind in responding to my problem and update the software for me. Really appreciate.

Had some issues with setup and after talking with 3 tech support folks, and 48 hours after I was supposed to have it installed, I finally got it installed with their help. The product manual was wrong as well as the information online in the blog about Q2i and R2c connectivity. But nonetheless everything is working now and things appear to be good. |

The directions for the TC200plus does not mention that you need a thumb drive to transfer information from the unit to a computer. You should make machine specific instructions. The tech line is very helpful, but the software i think could be a little more user friendly. |
