| Responsibilities |
| • |
Install, configure and administer the servers in both Window & Linux platform and the associated application services such as IIS, Apache, DNS, MySql, Email Service and etc. |

Implement and work with Cloud Computing Technology. |

Monitor physical server and operating system, which include rectifying of issues, carrying out OS security patching (client & server) & testing. |

Perform system backup & recovery, security and data backup, configuration change and control management. |

Administer LAN/WAN networking/data communication technologies such as Server balancers, database mirroring and etc. |

Responsible for performance monitoring, optimisation, capacity planning, and infrastructure security. |

Able to work independently and troubleshoot for system failure any time. |

Disseminate information pertaining to requests/problems generated by customers globally. Log incident records accurately and completely, then analyse and diagnose the problem and perform analysis of incidents to determine category and severity and resolution requirements; |

Maximize customer satisfaction by optimizing call, email, MSN, Skype or other forms of communications’ answer, minimizing abandonment time, handling time and resolution of technical issues without escalation, and first call resolution. |

Share ideas and experience with team members and promote teamwork in problem resolution. Share best-practices and cross-train other team members in business process and application management skills. |

Pro-active system alert notification monitoring and perform high level problem resolution and executing escalation process as and when require. |

Displays excellent communication skills and works effectively with customers from various cultural backgrounds who have varied levels of technical knowledge. |

To conceptualized and design marketing and collateral materials, visual aids, promotion tools such as e-Brochures, Newsletters, Banners, Flash media etc. Producing a design that will be attractive to the target user, has a logical navigation system and has all the features required. |

Provide innovative idea to improve human-computer interaction for web application, web portal and corporate website. |

Stay abreast with current web technology, new technology ideas and corporate standards. |
