            Deemed a rising star in Southeast Asia, Hanoi has much  to offer the outsiders. The land largely  unspoiled by modern development, the capital city of Vietnam presents a fascinating mix of East and West, further enriched by  Chinese and French influences, which have created the vibrant Vietnamese  culture. 
              November  is almost a perfect time to visit Hanoi, the winter has just arrived bringing  along an ideal weather before the cruel cold crept in. We chose to stay at the  Old Quarter, near Hoan Kiem Lake, a thriving, chaotic tangle of streets dating  to the 13th century. Each street was originally home to merchants specializing  in a particular trade, such as jewelry, silver, baskets, and silks, and the  street names today reflect   |

        | these industries, even if the same products are no  longer offered there.  The Old Quarter is most enjoyable when you put  away your map and simply wander the maze of lanes, soaking up the cultural  essence of Hanoi. I’ve tried it and lost my way back to the hotel. |

            All the streets are busy and chaotic! The local ride motorbikes and traveler  ride trishaws Even though the use of auto is growing in Hanoi; many prefer to  get around on two wheels. 
              After  so many years of practice, Vietnamese have mastered the art of crossing the  chaotic roads with an impressive degree of calmness, which to a traveler like  me is a matter of life and death. 
              Hoan Kiem Lake which means "Lake of the Returned  Sword" or "Lake of the Restored Sword", also known as Hồ Gươm -  Sword Lake, located at the historical center of Hanoi, this is one of the major  scenic spots in the city and serves as a focal point for its public life.  |

            As  romantic and indulging Hanoi could get, business was our number one priority  during this visit. VietSecurity 2008, organized by AMB Expo Sdn Bhd., was the  first international security tradeshow staged in this land of Ho Chi Minh. 
              To us simplicity is the  essence of beauty, and straightforward task makes life easy.  It took less than half an hour for the  decoration, and we meant it when we say FingerTec makes thing easy.

With the  experience they have in the Vietnam market and the user-friendliness of  FingerTec products, we are convinced we could pursue Vietnam in 2009 onwards.  |

            The day after  the exhibition, work aside and it was time for scenic area/sight seeing. We  traveled to Ha Long Bay for the scenes worth seeing. 
              Even though we can’t speak Vietnamese but our  software – TCMS V2 could. Vietnam is a huge market for us and we are looking  forward to level up the fame of FingerTec in the Vietnam market with the help  of our partner, Silver Sea.
