FingerTec Developer Program
  FingerTec SDKs are free-of-charge for FingerTec customers only, no subscription fee is required to join the FingerTec Developer Program. You'll need to purchase FingerTec's hardware to qualify you for the access of the Program.
  FingerTec Developer Program offers customers access to our Resource Center, User Manual, Useful Tips, Sample Code and SDK at no additional charge.
  FingerTec Developer Program gives customers help on technical issues and guidance to operate their integration.
  Technical Support is not included but may be purchased separately. Customers who desire a deeper level of support can subscribe to FingerTec Developer Premium Support Program.
 FingerTec Developer Premium Support Program
  FingerTec Developer Premium Support Program Technical Support tiers cover development and production issues for SDK products and services, along with other key stack components:
 • "How to" questions about FingerTec SDK services and features
 • Best practices to help you successfully integrate, deploy, and manage applications with FingerTec products.
 • Troubleshooting API and FingerTec SDK issues
 • Troubleshooting operational or systemic problems with FingerTec SDK resources
 • Issues with our Management Console or other FingerTec SDK tools
  FingerTec Premium Developer Program Support does not include:
 • Code development
 • Debugging custom and third party software
 • Performing system administration tasks and configuration
  Each subscription will entitle a user for a 12-month access to FingerTec Developer Premium support and services.
  No monetary refunds will be given upon cancellation of subscription.
  Payments for subscriptions are made via PayPal.
