Question 1
We need the viewer activation key for the TCMSv2 viewer. We can’t find the “Show TCMSv2 Viewer Activation” checker in the TCMSv2.2 as stated in the TCMSv2 viewer manual.
Check your TCMS version. If you are using version TCMSv2.2, you don’t need the viewer activation key anymore. Click here to download the latest TCMS v2 viewer. Therefore, ignore the viewer activation key steps stated in the TCMSv2 viewer manual.
If you are not using the TCMSv2.2 version, please upgrade the TCMSv2 to the TCMSv2.2 version. To upgrade kindly perform the following steps:

You can download the latest setup file of the TCMSv2 at http://user.fingertec.com >Software update> I. TCMS V2.2 or http://tips.fingertec.com> Section E, Download, Software> I. TCMS V2.2.
