How to check the Regulator:
Apply the multi-meter’s testing pin on both ends of the regulator.
Make sure the power supply to MCU Board is connected.
Check the result at the multi-meter and it should show 12V and above.
Replace the regulator if the result shows lower than 12V.
If the regulator works well, replace the power IC (2) by priority, followed by IC Chip (3).
