On top of the training portal, Webinar is another channel where you could get training easily. Webinar is an online interactive training series of course which allows attendees to not only learn about FingerTec new products, technology and services, but also to view visual presentations while listening to the presenter, participate in discussions and ask questions in real time. The best part of it is, it’s available everywhere in the world (as long as the Internet connection is decent).

FingerTec provides two types of Webinar programs, A. Technical Training Webinar Program with Certificate; B. General Product and Sales Webinar Program. For the former, to qualify for a certificate, he or she has to sit and pass the online exam after the Technical Training Webinar Program.

To attend and participate in FingerTec Webinar program, you are required to register for a webinar session to receive the notification/password from the trainer. Attending a Webinar is easy, you just need to hook up to an Internet with a normal web browser. By clicking the web link on the Webinar notification email, attendees will be brought to the Webinar platform and requested to type in the password to join the Webinar training.
